I’m an entrepreneur, business coach and community builder with 15+ years of experience turning ideas into action. I’ve helped build and grow startups, lifestyle brands, physical spaces and communities—often from the earliest stage.
I was the first employee at Tech Elevator, helping grow the education startup across product, marketing and sales before its $23M acquisition. I later co-founded a development company that helped reimagine Cleveland’s historic Vitrolite building as a community space for wellness and hospitality.
More than a decade coaching at Harness Cycle has shaped how I lead and how I live: meet people where they are, tell the truth with care and keep the energy moving forward. I’m an activator by nature, a true Libra and Cancer Rising, and a firm believer that almost everything is better with movement, meaningful conversation and really good coffee.
